Access Information

In order to make The Royal Hotel the place to stay for one and all we are able to offer four ground floor bedrooms.
 
These consist of -
A family three (double bed and single bed) with ensuite step in shower.
A family three (double bed and single bed) with ensuite bath with shower over.
A twin (two single beds) with ensuite bath with shower over. One small step to access room.
A tripple (three single beds - can be zip n linked to form a massive superking bed), ensuite bath with shower over. Three easy steps to room.
 
There is level access from the car park via the side gate to the ground floor rooms and into the hotel via the conservatory.

The rooms are ideal for people who can not walk far or manage many steps and perhaps use a wheelchair/scooter some of the time. They are not adapted and doorways are not wide enough for wheelchairs.

At the time of booking your room please could you inform us whether you require any special facilities and we will endeavour to provide these where available.

We also have a purpose built scooter docking station(extra charge) where scooters/chairs can be securly left and recharged.

We regret that scooters cannot be driven into the hotel dining room or conservatory.
